Tekskills Inc. is seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter in Bengaluru to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.

You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and internal databases, screen resumes, and conduct HR interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. You will coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers, schedule and follow up on interviews, and negotiate offers with candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Sourcing candidates through major portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Meet recruitment targets, turnaround time (TAT), and quality hiring metrics.
• Stay updated on IT technologies, market trends, and hiring practices.

• Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines with candidates.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end IT recruitment process.
• Experience in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and other job portals.
• Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, Testing, Full Stack, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
