Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in high-volume sales recruitment.
• Proven track record of independently handling sales recruitment and achieving hiring targets.

• Experience in managing recruitment teams will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and candidate closure abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment/job portal platforms.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, business development, pre-sales, team leaders and managerial positions.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve monthly hiring targets.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess experience, communication, sales ability and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview processes with business heads and ensure timely closures.
• Drive bulk and urgent hiring requirements while maintaining quality of hires.
• Track recruitment metrics, including CVs sourced, interviews, selections, joining ratios, and recruitment TAT.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth joining and onboarding process.
• Manage and guide recruitment executives/recruiters, if applicable.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring reports to management.
• Develop a strong understanding of the real estate market, competitor hiring trends and talent availability.
