Job summary

Role & responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle, from understanding the requisition and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial telephonic and video screening to assess candidate fit, evaluate technical/behavioral skills, and calculate notice periods and salary expectations.

Pipeline Management: Maintain an active database of potential candidates for frequent and high-volume roles (such as field sales, operations, and telecalling) to reduce turnaround time.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.

Reporting: Maintain daily and weekly recruitment trackers to monitor pipeline health, interview turn-ups, and offer-to-joining ratios.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).

Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably handling both corporate and field/operational hiring.

Sourcing Expertise: Strong hands-on experience using major job boards (like Naukri) and a solid understanding of Boolean strings and keyword search formulations.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear job descriptions, professional HR communications, and persuasive candidate outreach.

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, high emotional intelligence for candidate assessment, and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
