Job summary

Ceasefire in Delhi is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles. You will source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and other channels; screen resumes and conduct initial calls; coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback; drive salary discussions, offers, and joining formalities.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on Sales hiring, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Prior experience in Sales Hiring is mandatory.
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Any Graduate.
• Immediate joiners or those with short notice preferred.
