Job summary

Vivaan Hr Solutions Lucknow is seeking a dynamic recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, in a fast-paced environment.

You will source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, social media and referrals; screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate schedules, and maintain the candidate database to build a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct candidate follow-ups and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and joining targets.
• Maintain and update the candidate database, recruitment MIS, and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Handle bulk hiring and multiple positions as per business requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with the HR/Business teams for joining formalities and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely closure of open positions.
