Job summary

Innoviti Payment Solutions is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage end-to-end sales hiring in Bengaluru. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, source candidates through multiple channels, and drive the interview process from screening to offer.

A strong emphasis on stakeholder management and timely closures will be key. The role involves building robust candidate pipelines for B2B/B2C sales, coordinating interviews, and reporting on hiring
