Job summary

Invisia in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities. You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial HR calls, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

The role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed MBA (HR) or related bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Ability to interact with candidates over phone.
• Highly organized with good attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Highly organized with good attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
