Job summary

Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre in Tiruppur is hiring an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, post openings on portals and social media, and coordinate interview schedules across teams.

The role requires a graduate or postgraduate in HR/Management, strong interest in recruitment, good English communication, HR concept knowledge, familiarity with job portals, and MS Excel/MS Office skills; immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field (completed).
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR concepts.
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
