Job summary

Quantum Leap Learning Solutions is seeking a recruitment-focused professional to collaborate with department managers in Bengaluru. You will draft job descriptions, post roles, screen applicants and coordinate interviews, while building a broad network of candidates across platforms.

Strong communication, sourcing strategy skills and proactive initiative are essential to succeed in this role within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Placing job postings on all relevant platforms
• Assist the recruiters with sourcing and scheduling candidates for interviews
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Managing historical & current applicant documentation
• Taking part in interviews
• Developing network of suitable candidates by networking with various institutions and social media
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Generate Recruiting Statistics reports and other report that may be needed
• Researching different recruiting channels to discover diverse pool of new candidates
