Job summary

Gyansthan Education Services LLP in Mumbai is hiring a Recruitment Specialist focused on educator profiles and high-volume hiring. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting and closures across multiple pipelines with tight timelines.

You will travel to campuses and schools across Mumbai and beyond, coordinating onboarding and HR administration while building a positive workplace culture. A HR/BA/psychology degree is preferred with 0-2 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Experience in high-volume hiring or education sector.
• Willing to travel for campus hiring drives, school visits, and recruitment events.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for educator profiles and other non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and closures.
• Dedicate a majority of the role to high-volume recruitment, handling multiple openings and hiring pipelines at the same time.
• Ensure hiring timelines are consistently met, with a focus on quick turnaround and smooth coordination between candidates and internal teams.
• Work on employee enrichment initiatives to support engagement, growth, and a positive workplace culture within the organisation.
• Handle HR administration, including onboarding, employee records, documentation, and day-to-day HR coordination.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition, preferably in high-volume hiring or the education sector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple recruitment cycles, work under tight timelines, and achieve hiring targets.
• Must be comfortable travelling to various locations across Mumbai and outside Mumbai for campus hiring drives, school visits, and recruitment events.
