Lenskart is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter in Mumbai to manage end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, sourcing skills, and the ability to identify and hire suitable candidates for multiple openings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and department heads.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary packages and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Follow up with selected candidates until they join the organization.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress.
