Job summary

Traveltime Mobility India is seeking a motivated Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to sourcing candidates, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

The role requires strong communication, candidate-sourcing skills, and the ability to handle multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment. Prior recruitment exposure is preferred, but freshers with keen interest are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication may be considered.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent candidate-sourcing abilities, good follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Prepare and publish job descriptions and vacancy advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates through:
• Naukri and other job portals
• LinkedIn and social media
• Employee referrals
• Recruitment agencies
• Professional networks
• Direct sourcing
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and cadidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate salary discussions and offer negotiations within approved company guidelines.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
• Ensure timely collection and verification of candidate documents.
• Maintain an updated recruitment tracker / ATS with candidate status and recruitment progress.
• Maintain a database of shortlisted, interviewed, selected, rejected, and joined candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate pre-joining and joining formalities with HR and concerned departments.
• Maintain a talent pool/database for future manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants/agencies wherever required.
• Track candidates who have declined offers or not joined and maintain appropriate records.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly recruitment MIS for management.
• Monitor recruitment targets, open positions, interview status, offers, and joining status.
• Support urgent and bulk recruitment requirements as per business needs.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.
