The ideal candidate has extensive experience with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple searches against hiring targets while coordinating with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Hands-on with job portals and LinkedIn recruiting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet hiring deadlines.
• Excellent candidate coordination and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

About the Role
