Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles within defined TAT.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Support onboarding coordination when required.
