Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support sourcing/screening.
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline.
