Vin Industries in Delhi is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals, screen resumes, and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess fit.

You will shortlist strong candidates, schedule interviews, and follow up to ensure timely joining. You will maintain recruitment MIS and meet targets, contributing to hiring timelines and process efficiency.

Formación

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 24 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn recruitment.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluation skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand job requirements and identify relevant profiles.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, portals, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Shortlist quality candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, and requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and departments.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure timely closures.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely joining through regular follow-ups.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment MIS and share progress reports.
• Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines.
