Job summary

Skipper is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across departments in Kolkata. You will source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies, screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• 2–4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in using Naukri and other recruitment portals.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within tight timelines.
