Job summary

Goquest Solution in Kolkata is seeking a recruitment professional to source CVs, discuss vacancies with candidates, and coordinate interviews with line managers. You will handle salary negotiation, vendor management, document checklists, and onboarding support, maintaining recruitment MIS and ensuring a smooth candidate journey.

Experience with Naukri.com and similar portals is preferred, along with MS Excel and MS Word proficiency; 6 months consultancy sector experience is a plus.
