Ambient Consultancy in Mumbai is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring. You will source candidates through Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn, and other portals, screen resumes, and conduct initial assessments to schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will handle HR interviews, evaluate candidates against role requirements, negotiate salaries, and drive offer closures, while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and timely onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience using Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn and other hiring platforms.
• Experience handling interviews, candidate negotiations and closures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain proper recruitment documentation.
• Track hiring progress, maintain recruitment MIS and share regular hiring reports.
• Manage multiple job openings simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
• Coordinate with management and respective teams to understand hiring requirements.
• Guide and support junior recruiters in day-to-day recruitment activities.
