Job summary

Impact Guru Inc. is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing through onboarding coordination. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels, and handle recruitment for Sales & Business Development plus other functions.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple openings and meet targets. Proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; an HR qualification is preferred.
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment is preferred; freshers with strong communication and sourcing skills may also be considered.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work toward recruitment targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, databases, and other channels.
• Handle recruitment for Sales & Business Development and other assigned business functions.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely interview feedback.
• Manage candidate engagement, salary negotiations, offer discussions, and pre-joining follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily sourcing reports.
• Track recruitment metrics, including sourcing numbers, interviews, offers, joining ratios, and time-to-hire.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
