Job Title: Senior HR Executive / HR Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Talent Acquisition / Joining

Assist Sr. Manager – Talent Acquisition in recruitment of staff for CO , TPBV , Indel Capital and other positions

Assist in coordinating interviews of candidates

Updating of new joinee details in HRMS

Past employment verification of new hires ( through tele calling ) for CO , TPBV , Indel Capital

Weekly Welcome mail communication of new joinees

Assist in preparing Offer Letters in case of bulk hiring

Coordinating with vendors for timely issue of Employee ID cards

Documentation / Filing

Collecting/Filing Documents as per HR checklist from all new joiners .

Follow-up with Regional HRs for collecting pending documents of new joinees

Collecting details for ESI enrollment and Insurance Coverage

Custodian of employee file and safekeep of files. Tracking file movements.

Filing all important documents / letters / memos / increment letters / promotion letters / disciplinary action letters in personal files

General

Assist Payroll Team in collecting data for monthly salary computation

Any other assignments given by the superiors from time to time

Have thorough understanding of HR Policies and procedures and answering HR related queries of staff

Maintain good working relations/ rapport with all departments in CO for effective discharge of duties

Have thorough understanding of HRMS system and attend to queries of staff and address issues in coordination with other staff in the department
