Responsibilities

  • Coordinate hiring per manpower plan; manage recruitment, offer letters, and onboarding.
  • Enroll employees in biometric attendance; monitor login/logout and payroll input.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and probation evaluations.
  • Prepare training calendar and ensure sessions run; address training needs.
  • Organize engagement events; distribute birthday and work anniversary cards; run town halls and recognition programs.
  • Submit monthly payroll inputs; maintain employee files; ensure stock of uniforms and office supplies.
  • Send daily HR updates; share recruitment tracker and HR dashboard.
  • Manage full & final settlements and issue relieving letters post exit.
  • Ensure compliance with HR and labour laws and internal policies; conduct staff rounds; visit hostels; drive HR initiatives.

Job description

Position Summary

The Sr. Executive – Human Resource is responsible for supporting and executing key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role ensures smooth HR operations at the unit level, fostering a positive work culture aligned with organizational values. The position also supports both centre-based and homecare HR responsibilities.

Recruitment, Induction & Onboarding
  • Coordinate hiring as per approved manpower plan in consultation with Centre Head & Corporate HR.
  • Manage recruitment, documentation, issuance of offer/appointment letters.
  • Ensure onboarding process, including induction, ID cards, uniforms, and HRMS updates.
  • Introduce new joiners to team members and centre facilities.
Attendance, Leave & HRMS
  • Enrol employees in the biometric attendance system from Day 1.
  • Monitor login/logout reports, follow up for leave regularization, and input latecomers for payroll processing.
Performance Management
  • Ensure timely initiation of performance appraisal cycles in coordination with Corporate HR.
  • Track probation evaluations and ensure confirmation processes are completed within deadlines.
Training & Development
  • Prepare and share the monthly training calendar for technical, non-technical, and soft skill sessions.
  • Ensure training sessions are conducted as scheduled and feedback is collected and analysed.
  • Address training needs identified during probation and evaluations.
Employee Welfare & Engagement
  • Organize employee engagement events aligned with monthly/annual calendars (festivals, awareness days, etc.).
  • Distribute birthday and work anniversary cards.
  • Conduct monthly town halls and execute Rewards & Recognition programs (Employee of the Month, etc.).
Payroll & Documentation
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll inputs to Corporate HR.
  • Maintain and update employee files (physical & digital).
  • Ensure availability of uniforms, ID cards, diaries, and required office stock.
Reporting
  • Send daily HR updates to Corporate.
  • Share recruitment tracker weekly and HR dashboard monthly.
Exit Management
  • Manage full & final settlement process, issue relieving and experience letters post exit.
  • Raise final settlement request to Corporate HR after 30 days of exit.
Compliance and Administrative Duties
  • Ensure adherence to HR and labour laws and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular staff rounds and maintain healthy HR presence on the floor.
  • Visit staff hostels/PGs weekly to ensure employee welfare.
  • Continuously drive and implement new HR initiatives that improve employee experience.
