Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking an experienced Purchase Executive in Delhi NCR to manage procurement of IT products including printers, workstations, and servers. The role emphasizes hands-on purchasing, strong vendor negotiation, and tight inventory control to ensure timely delivery and accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in IT procurement, deep knowledge of hardware vendors, and excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware products and vendors.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Based in Delhi NCR.
• Must own a bike and have a valid Driving License (DL).
• Stable candidate with long-term career interest.

• Handle end-to-end procurement of IT products (printers, workstations, servers, and related equipment).
• Identify and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best pricing and terms.
• Maintain and manage inventory records efficiently.
