We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate with experience in procurements. You will be responsible for overseeing the procurements process, ensuring the sourcing of high-quality products and services at competitive prices. You will leverage your expertise to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and foster strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential suppliers, analyse pricing trends, and evaluate supplier proposals to maximise value.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on sourcing solutions.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting on key metrics and procurement activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in any related fields.
• 6 – 7 years of experience in procurements/ supply chain roles, with a proven track record in strategic sourcing.
• In depth knowledge and experience on procurement of IT (Computer, Laptop, AV systems, networking items, etc.) and Non-IT (Civil, Electricals, Electronics, Interior works, Furniture, Fabrication, office equipment, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier evaluation.
• Proficiency in procurement software/ ERP systems and experience with e‑sourcing tools and contract management systems.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
