Job summary

Nextenti Tech in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Project Engineer Civil / Finishes to manage civil construction, finishing, renovation and maintenance on hospital projects. You will supervise site execution, coordinate with contractors, and ensure quality and safety standards.

You will read drawings, BOQs and specifications, plan activities, monitor progress and costs, and collaborate with MEP teams to minimise disruption to hospital operations while maintaining documentation.

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer Civil / Finishes to manage and supervise civil construction, finishing, renovation, and maintenance activities for hospital projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, project planning, and coordination with MEP teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction and finishing works at hospital project sites.
• Manage masonry, plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, partitions, doors, and other finishing activities.
• Read and interpret civil drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and hospital departments.
• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and execution.
• Manage contractors, manpower, materials, measurements, and work schedules.
• Coordinate civil works with MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & safety, and medical infrastructure teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare project progress reports and maintain documentation.
• Monitor contractor bills, quantities, material requirements, and project costs.
• Handle hospital renovation and modification works with minimum disruption to hospital operations.
