Job summary

Greytip Software Private Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Finishing) to oversee finishing works on construction projects. The role ensures finishing activities meet the highest quality standards, are delivered on time, and stay within budget.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field and 10+ years in construction, including at least 5 years managing finishing works.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years managing finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods and quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, carpentry, false ceilings, and flooring.
• Manage and monitor subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections, snagging, and quality checks in line with project specifications.
• Enforce HSE compliance across all finishing work areas.
• Track project progress and report to the Project Manager regularly.
• Coordinate with MEP, civil, and structural teams for seamless integration.
• Manage the handover process including snagging, de-snagging, and documentation.
