Job summary

Nextenti Tech Private Limited seeks an experienced Project Engineer – Civil / Finishes to lead civil construction, finishing, renovation, and maintenance for hospital projects in Hyderabad.

The candidate should have 15+ years in civil construction, with strong coordination, leadership, and site execution abilities to supervise on-site teams and align with MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety disciplines.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in civil construction, finishing, commercial buildings, or hospital projects.
• Hospital / Healthcare project experience is preferred.
• Strong project coordination and contractor management skills.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently manage site execution and project activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil and finishing works at the hospital project site.
• Handle masonry, plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, partitions, doors, and other finishing works.
• Review and interpret civil drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and hospital departments.
• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and execution.
• Manage contractors, manpower, materials, measurements, and work schedules.
• Coordinate civil works with MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & safety, and medical infrastructure teams.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the site.
• Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and maintain documentation.
• Monitor contractor bills, quantities, material requirements, and project costs.
• Handle renovation and modification works while ensuring minimum disruption to hospital operations.
