Job summary

Narayana Health (NH) seeks a Senior Site Engineer to lead end-to-end site execution and coordination of clinic interior fit-out projects from tender through handover and DLP support.

You will ensure work is safe, within budget and schedule, compliant with drawings, specs and regulations, coordinating with Architects, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors and operations teams to deliver standardized, high-quality healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3-6 years experience in interior fit-out, healthcare, commercial, or corporate projects.
• Experience in hospital or clinic projects will be preferred.

Role & responsibilities

Position Summary

The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end site execution and coordination of clinic interior fit-out projects from the tendering stage through project handover and Defect Liability Period (DLP) support. The role acts as the primary site representative, ensuring that projects are executed safely, within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, statutory requirements, and organizational guidelines.

The incumbent will coordinate closely with Architects, MEP Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, Operations Teams, and Management to deliver standardized, high-quality healthcare facilities.
