Job summary

Quadrangle in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead audits and manage renovation and fit-out projects from concept to completion. You will prepare BOQs, budgets, and timelines, coordinate with architects, vendors, procurement, and maintenance teams, and ensure quality and timely handover.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in civil works, interior finishes, MEP services, and hospital project exposure, with strong planning and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience with strong knowledge of civil works, interior finishes, MEP services, and renovation projects.
• Experience in fit-out projects mandatory.
• Strong interior fit-out experience.
• Prior experience in hospital projects are highly preferred.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, budgeting, vendor management, and project coordination.
• Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
