Mk Enterprises is seeking a capable Production & Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day production activities, plan schedules, and ensure timely targets are met. The role requires strong leadership and coordination across fabrication, quality, and material teams.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in production, with proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting. This is an in-person role located in Gujarat, India, within HVAC/cleanroom manufacturing contexts.

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Production Planning & Operations

• Manage day-to-day production activities
• Plan production schedules as per project requirements
• Ensure timely completion of production targets
• Monitor production workflow and operational efficiency
• Supervise fabrication and manufacturing activities

2. MANPOWER & TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Supervise production supervisors, operators, and workers
• Allocate manpower based on production requirements
• Monitor workforce productivity and discipline
• Coordinate shift planning and work allocation
• Ensure proper communication within production team

3. QUALITY CONTROL & SAFETY

• Ensure production quality standards are maintained
• Monitor quality inspection processes
• Reduce production errors and material wastage
• Ensure safety procedures are followed on shop floor
• Maintain clean and organized production area

4. MATERIAL & MACHINE MANAGEMENT

• Coordinate material availability with Stores and Purchase department
• Monitor raw material utilization and stock usage
• Ensure proper machine handling and maintenance coordination
• Minimize production downtime and operational delays
• Maintain machine utilization records

5. DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING

• Maintain daily production reports
• Prepare production progress updates
• Maintain manpower and production records
• Support production MIS reporting
• Maintain documentation related to production activities

6. COORDINATION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with Project team for production planning
• Coordinate with Purchase department for material requirements
• Coordinate with Stores department for stock and material movement
• Coordinate with Quality team for inspection activities
• Support management reporting requirements

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Knowledge

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
