Job Description
Production Manager responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to industrial projects while ensuring smooth coordination between customers, internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners. The role requires strong operational planning, customer relationship management, production coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely project execution, quality standards, and operational efficiency. Candidates should be willing to travel to client locations whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations related to industrial projects.
- Coordinate with customers to understand requirements, delivery schedules, and project updates.
- Plan and monitor production activities to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with procurement, fabrication, packing, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure on-time delivery of products and services to customers.
- Track project progress and resolve operational issues proactively.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Manage inventory, materials, and resource utilization effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and prompt issue resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors and transport partners for smooth dispatch and delivery.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Visit customer locations whenever required for project coordination and operational support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, or related disciplines).
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field may also be considered.
- Age: Up to 35 years.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Production, Logistics, Industrial Packaging, Manufacturing, Fabrication, or related industries.
- Experience in industrial packaging, wooden packaging, fabrication, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Training will be provided on company processes and operations.
Skills

Compensation
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (100% In-Hand Salary – No Salary Deductions)
- Training will be provided.
- Based on performance during probation, employees will be eligible for salary hikes and career growth opportunities.
Additional Requirements
- Engineering background is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Knowledge of Kannada and Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable travelling to client locations whenever required.

Work Timings
- Monday to Saturday
- Saturdays are flexible based on the work schedule.
