Job summary

N Human Resources & Management Systems in India seeks an experienced Operations leader to oversee manufacturing planning, machine loading, and quality controls. The role drives efficiency across production lines and ensures on-time dispatch and strict adherence to plans.

Candidates should have strong experience in machining, heavy fabrication, and SAP-PP integration, with a track record of cost optimization and Lean initiatives. The position requires leadership and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 12–14 years experience in manufacturing industry.
• Machining experience (VTL, CNC/VMC), heavy fabrication, painting preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP-PP module.

Responsibilities

• Daily, Weekly & Monthly production planning as per customer requirement.
• Shift wise Machine loading (VTL, CNC, VMC, Conventional etc.).
• Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• WIP control and material planning.
• Dispatch planning and adherence to timelines.

• Shift wise Machine loading (VTL, CNC, VMC, Conventional etc. ).


• Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly targets.


• WIP control and material planning through.


• Dispatch planning and adherence to timelines.

Operations Management

• Handling Prestressing Systems(Anchor Cone, Anchor Heads, Wedges), Bridge


• Optimizing cycle time and improving OEE.


• Shift-wise manpower allocation and discipline control.


• Machine handover system and downtime analysis.

Process Improvement & Cost Optimisation

• Implementation of 5S.


• Kaizen activities for productivity improvement.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensuring ISO 9001:2015 compliance.


• Ensuring IS : 3834-2 Compliance


• Internal audit coordination.


• Handling third-party inspections & testing


• Implementation of SOPs and safety protocols.

Technical Coordination

• Coordination with Design, QA, Procurement and Customer.


• Fixture and tool development support.


• AutoCAD drawing review for production feasibility.

Required Qualification:

• BE / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)


• 12 - 14 years’ experience in manufacturing industry


• Experience in Machining (including VTL, CNC/VMC operations), heavy fabrication ,


• Painting preferred


• Knowledge of SAP-PP module
