Job summary

WerklyConsulting in India seeks a seasoned production professional to drive manufacturing operations. You will execute production plans, manage time studies, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 documentation.

The role requires shop-floor leadership, data entry in ERP, and cross-functional collaboration to meet schedules and quality targets. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing, with strong communication and team coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 5–7 years in production, shop floor, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 documentation and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute production plan and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage time studies for each product line.
• Maintain records as per plan and data entry in ERP.
• Plan shift-wise manpower and track performance.
• Prepare weekly production summary reports.
• Maintain 5S on shop floor and ensure 100% product checks before dispatch.
• Generate work orders and test certificates; ensure on-time maintenance.
• Coordinate with QA, production, and cross-functional teams.
