Job summary

Embarkgcc Services is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years in banking industry to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for SaaS solutions. You will lead fit-gap analyses, define user stories and backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address gaps and ensure strategic outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans within a fast-paced enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience can alternatively be considered) in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Functional consulting in the Banking industry.
• Data analytical skills; ability to analyze and triage new configuration requests on the Zafin application.
• Broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance within the banking and financial services domain.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations.
• Team player, able to collaborate and work effectively at all levels of the organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
• Goal-oriented, getting the job done in a positive, reliable, and inspiring manner.
• Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills bundled with the ability to explain details/recommendations to customers logically.
