Job summary

Zafin is seeking an experienced Lead Functional Consultant to partner with global banks and transform how banking products, pricing, and customer relationships are designed and managed using the Zafin SaaS platform.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to translate complex business challenges into scalable platform solutions, driving successful implementations and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail, Corporate, or Commercial Banking consulting.
• Proven track record in banking transformation initiatives.
• Experience with leading consulting firms or global banking engagements is valued.

• Lead client discovery workshops and consulting engagements.
• Analyze business processes, identify opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs using the Zafin SaaS platform.
• Configure banking products, pricing, rates, fees, and business rules.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver successful implementations.
• Support SIT, UAT, production readiness, and client adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic banking advisor.

The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced banking professionals who combine deep domain expertise with strong consulting capabilities.

As a Lead Functional Consultant, you will partner with leading global banks to transform how they design and manage banking products, pricing, billing, rates, fees, and customer relationships. Youll work closely with senior client stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to translate complex business challenges into scalable platform solutions using the Zafin SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

Ideal candidates will have experience in:

• Functional consulting and stakeholder management

Experience with leading consulting organizations such as Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, or strategy consulting firms, as well as global banking organizations, will be highly valued.

The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops, solving complex business challenges, and translating business needs into technology solutions.
