Job summary

Embark is seeking an accomplished Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years in banking-focused business analysis. You will elicit and document requirements, map them to SaaS capabilities, and lead fit-gap analyses across cross-functional teams to define action plans.

You will craft user stories and test strategies, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders and delivering enterprise transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience can alternatively be considered) in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Functional consulting in the Banking industry.
• Data analytical skills; ability to analyze and triage new configuration requests on the Zafin application.
• Broad, enterprise-wide view of business and governance within banking/financial services domain.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization; written, verbal, and visualizations.

• Strong ability to articulate key functional capabilities of SaaS solution suite
• Lead in fit-gap analysis exercise to assess business requirements and align them with out of the
  box capabilities and work closely with cross-functional teams to determine action plan to

• Prepare key implementation deliverables business requirements documentation, functional
  specification document and test strategy document

• Proven track record of delivering strategy and transformation engagements for global banking
  clients.
• Deep expertise in Retail, Corporate, or Commercial Banking.
