Job summary

Zafin Software Centre Of Excellence in Kerala is seeking a Lead Functional Consultant to partner with global banks to transform product design, pricing, billing, and customer relationships using the Zafin SaaS platform.

You will lead discovery workshops, translate business needs into scalable solutions, configure banking products, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to ensure successful implementations and adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Retail, Corporate, or Commercial Banking.
• Proven track record in banking consulting or transformation initiatives.
• Experience with banking product, pricing, rates, fees and billing.
• Experience with core banking transformation and business process transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops and consulting engagements.
• Analyze business processes, identify opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs using the Zafin SaaS platform.
• Configure banking products, pricing, rates, fees, and business rules.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver successful implementations.
• Support SIT, UAT, production readiness, and client adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic banking advisor.
