Job summary

Zafin in India is seeking a Lead Functional Consultant to partner with global banks to transform banking products, pricing, billing, and customer relationships using the Zafin SaaS platform.

You will lead workshops, translate business needs into functional designs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Client teams to deliver scalable implementations while guiding clients through SIT, UAT, and production readiness.

• Experience in Retail, Corporate, or Commercial Banking and banking consulting or transformation initiatives.

The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced banking professionals who combine deep domain expertise with strong consulting capabilities.

As a Lead Functional Consultant, you will partner with leading global banks to transform how they design and manage banking products, pricing, billing, rates, fees, and customer relationships. You'll work closely with senior client stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to translate complex business challenges into scalable platform solutions using the Zafin SaaS platform.
