Job summary

Embark Services Private Limited is seeking a Product & Pricing Consultant - II (BA) to join its team in Thiruvananthapuram. You will elicit and document business requirements, articulate SaaS capabilities, and lead fit-gap analyses with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include creating user stories, test plans, and functional specifications while guiding enterprise banking transformations. Prior experience in retail/corporate banking is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience) in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Functional consulting in Banking.
• Data analytics skills; ability to analyze and triage new configuration requests.
• Broad enterprise-wide view of business, strategy, processes, and governance in banking/financial services.
• Exceptional communication skills for all levels, both written and verbal.
• Team player with ability to influence toward consensus.
• Goal-oriented and reliable with a positive, inspiring approach.
• Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.

Requirements

Must Have:
