Job summary

Zafin is seeking a Lead Functional Consultant to partner with global banks, transforming how they design and manage banking products, pricing, billing, rates, fees, and customer relationships using the Zafin SaaS platform.

You will work with senior client stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to translate complex business challenges into scalable platform solutions. Strong banking domain expertise and consulting experience are essential.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver successful implementations.
• Support SIT, UAT, production readiness, and client adoption.

The Opportunity

As a Lead Functional Consultant, you will partner with leading global banks to transform how they design and manage banking products, pricing, billing, rates, fees, and customer relationships. You'll work closely with senior client stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to translate complex business challenges into scalable platform solutions using the Zafin SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops and consulting engagements.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver successful implementations.
• Support SIT, UAT, production readiness, and client adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic banking advisor.
