Job summary

TRANSFORMPLUS is seeking a Process Trainer to drive training programs across multiple locations (Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai) with work-from-office and work-from-home options. The role requires 2+ years in training, excellent communication, and willingness to work in rotational shifts. Graduate candidates are preferred.

Notice period and other HR rounds may apply. Salary is offered in the 6-7 LPA range with standard notice periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2+ years of training experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute training programs effectively across processes.
• Measure training impact and improve content as needed.
• Mentor trainees and provide performance guidance.
• Prepare and send progress reports to Operations.
• Review and update training content periodically.
• Coordinate both internal and external calibrations.

Mode of Work: Work From Office/Work From Home

Notice Period: 15-30 Days

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure successful execution of training needs
• Measure program training effectiveness
• Responsible for on-going observations of direct reports, providing guidance, mentoring and support that focus on performance improvement of the candidate.
• Send reports/MIS to the Operations team on the progress/pending status of activities
• Review content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated
• Participate in Internal External Calibrations
• Manage Knowledge Check for New Hires Production Staff
• Should be aware about terminologies like TNI, TNA, BQM, Throughput etc.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Very Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Customer/ Client Handling Skills
• Experience in any product/process/soft skill/up-skilling training
• Open to Work in 24X7, 5 days working Rotational

Desired Candidate Profile

• Min Graduate (Any)
• Min 2 years of experience with Excellent Communication skills set to match with Versant 6.
• Strong understanding of and experience in product training in domestic /International BPO domain
• On Paper should be Process Trainer.
