Job summary

Global Services in Navi Mumbai, India, is seeking a Process Trainer for International Voice Process to design and deliver training programs, run new hire and refresher sessions, and ensure content aligns with client SOPs and quality standards.

You will collaborate with QA and HR to identify training gaps, develop plans, and monitor performance. Graduation is mandatory and 2+ years of back-office or voice training experience are required. Rotational shifts and immediate joiners favored.

Responsibilities

• Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and refresher sessions for associates.
• Develop and implement client-specific training programs and SOPs.
• Review and update training materials; create new content when required.
• Facilitate role-playing, certification, and remediation sessions.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to identify training gaps and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare training plans, reports, and dashboards for management review.
• Support HR and management in candidate selection when needed.
