Job summary

Lytegen in Mohali, India, is seeking a Process Trainer for its International BPO to develop talent and drive performance through comprehensive training programs. You will conduct inductions, deliver product and soft skills training, and design assessments to certify learners.

The role emphasizes capability building, knowledge gap identification, and ongoing coaching in collaboration with Operations and Quality to improve KPIs and process compliance. Night shifts and US processes are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to US processes and night shifts is an added advantage.

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

What We're Looking For:

• 25 years of experience as a Process Trainer in an International BPO


• Experience in Voice, Sales, Customer Support, or Customer Success processes preferred


• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills


• Good understanding of KPIs, Quality, and operational metrics


• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint


• Exposure to US processes and night shifts is an added advantage
