Job summary

TRANSFORMPLUS is seeking a Process Trainer for a hybrid work setup in India. The role supports training needs across multiple locations (Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai), with a salary range of 6-7 LPA.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of experience with excellent communication skills to match with Versant 6.
• Strong understanding of product training in domestic / International BPO domain.
• On paper should be Process Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful execution of training needs
• Measure program training effectiveness
• Provide ongoing observations, mentoring and guidance to direct reports to improve performance
• Send reports/MIS to the Operations team on progress/pending status of activities
• Review content at regular intervals to ensure updates are incorporated
• Participate in Internal External Calibrations
• Manage Knowledge Check for New Hires Production Staff
• Be aware of terminologies like TNI, TNA, BQM, Throughput etc.
