Job summary

TRANSFORMPLUS in India is seeking a Process Trainer to deliver and optimize training programs across locations including Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Mumbai. The role supports both office and remote work options.

You will handle training needs, measure effectiveness, prepare reports, and participate in calibrations to ensure knowledge transfer and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduation from any stream with strong communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in training and coaching.
• Experience in domestic/international BPO training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful execution of training needs.
• Measure program training effectiveness.
• Provide guidance, mentoring and performance improvement for trainees.
• Send reports/MIS to Operations on progress and status.
• Review and update training content regularly.
• Participate in internal/external calibrations.
• Manage knowledge checks for new hires.
• Understand terms like TNI, TNA, BQM, Throughput.

Salary: 6-7 LPA

Mode of Work: Work From Office/Work From Home

Notice Period: 15-30 Days

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure successful execution of training needs
• Measure program training effectiveness
• Responsible for on-going observations of direct reports, providing guidance, mentoring and support that focus on performance improvement of the candidate.
• Send reports/MIS to the Operations team on the progress/pending status of activities
• Review content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated
• Participate in Internal External Calibrations
• Manage Knowledge Check for New Hires Production Staff
• Should be aware about terminologies like TNI, TNA, BQM, Throughput etc.

• Very Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

• Experience in any product/process/soft skill/up-skilling training

Desired Candidate Profile

• Min Graduate (Any)
• Min 2 years of experience with Excellent Communication skills set to match with Versant 6.
• Strong understanding of and experience in product training in domestic /International BPO domain
• On Paper should be Process Trainer.
