Job summary

TRANSFORMPLUS is looking for a Process Trainer (Work From Office/Work From Home) to drive training initiatives across our BPO processes in India. You will oversee training delivery, track outcomes, and ensure content stays current.

The role requires minimum graduate, at least 2 years of experience in product/training within domestic or international BPO domains, and excellent English communication. Rotational 24x7 availability and HR/voice assessment rounds are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate (any)
• At least 2 years of experience in training or up-skilling in product/process/soft skills
• Experience in domestic/international BPO training environments

Responsibilities

• Deliver and monitor training programs to ensure successful execution
• Measure training effectiveness and capture MIS/reports for Operations
• Mentor and guide direct reports to improve performance
• Maintain and review training content to reflect updates
• Participate in calibration sessions (internal/external)
• Manage Knowledge Check for new hires in Production
• Be familiar with industry terms like TNI, TNA, BQM, Throughput

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure successful execution of training needs
• Measure program training effectiveness
• Responsible for on-going observations of direct reports, providing guidance, mentoring and support that focus on performance improvement of the candidate.
• Send reports/MIS to the Operations team on the progress/pending status of activities
• Review content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated
• Participate in Internal External Calibrations
• Manage Knowledge Check for New Hires Production Staff
• Should be aware about terminologies like TNI, TNA, BQM, Throughput etc.

• Very Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

Desired Candidate Profile
