• Good knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.

• Ability to analyze performance gaps and implement training interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for new and existing employees.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and operational teams to identify training needs.
• Assess trainee performance through evaluations, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
• Provide continuous coaching and constructive feedback to improve employee performance.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports, attendance, and performance data.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and learning content.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on business requirements.
• Ensure trainees achieve desired performance and quality standards.

Location: Silk Board, Maruthi Chambers, Bangalore
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

BPO Experience Must
Gender Preference: Male Candidates
Experience: Minimum 1+ years of Training Experience in BPO, BFSI, Sales, Insurance, or any Process/Product Training Domain
