• Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and refresher sessions for associates.
• Develop and implement client-specific training programs and SOPs.
• Review and update existing training materials; create new content when required.
• Facilitate role-playing, certification, and remediation sessions.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to identify training gaps and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare training plans, reports, and dashboards for management review.
• Support HR and management in the selection process of candidates when needed.
