Job summary

IBM Bengaluru is seeking a Graduate with 1-2 years in Learning Administration or HR/Learning Operations to join our Learning Operations team. You will manage LMS configurations, enrollments, testing and reporting, while coordinating with vendors and content developers to ensure timely delivery.

Night shift readiness and meticulous data handling are essential as you support the learning journey across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1-2 years in Learning Administration or HR/Learning Operations.
• Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain courses, curricula, certifications, learning plans and learning paths in LMS.
• Configure instructor-led, virtual instructor-led and self-paced programs.
• Upload and deploy SCORM, AICC, xAPI and digital learning content.
• Perform end-to-end functional testing before production deployment.
• Validate content launch, bookmarking, completion, passing score and transcript updates.
• Manage learner enrollments, assignments, waitlists, cancellations and completions.
• Resolve learner, instructor and manager queries within SLA.
• Maintain LMS data integrity and training records.
• Generate reports on completion, attendance, compliance and learning metrics.
• Coordinate with learning partners, vendors and content developers.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Support virtual classroom scheduling and session administration.
