What would you do
The Learning Development (LD) Analyst supports the execution and delivery of learning, talent development, and capability-building initiatives across client and internal programs. The role is responsible for coordinating learning operations, managing training logistics, maintaining learning data and reporting, supporting stakeholder engagement, and ensuring an effective learner experience. The analyst works closely with business leaders, HR partners, trainers, vendors, and employees to support the successful implementation of learning strategies and programs.
What are we looking for
Experience
- 6-9 years of experience in Learning Development, HR operations, talent development, or training coordination
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies is preferred
- Experience supporting training coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management activities
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, virtual training tools, and reporting dashboards
- Experience supporting employee engagement and talent development initiatives

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and support end‑to‑end learning and development operations for assigned business units, functions or client programs
- Coordinate training schedules, learning calendars, onboarding sessions, instructor‑led, virtual, and self‑paced learning and development initiatives
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify training needs and capability development requirements
- Monitor training effectiveness through reports, feedback analysis, and learning metrics
- Support implementation of leadership development, upskilling, compliance and behavioral training programs
- Support content deployment, learning assignments, and curriculum updates within learning platforms
- Collaborate with trainers, instructional designers, and external vendors for program execution
- Ensure learning data accuracy and maintain training records within LMS and reporting tools
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership review
- Drive employee engagement initiatives related to learning and career development
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation or optimization initiatives
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and training governance requirements
- Analyze learning data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Support audits and compliance reporting related to mandatory training programs
- Communicate learning opportunities, program updates, and training requirements to employees
